Caribbean cruise March 2015
Day 11
A warm and sunny hello from Bonaire, it's slightly windy but generally we are still having fantastic weather. An extra little hello to Heather and Lips for finally joining us!
Bonaire is another island we have never been to before and is very much like Curaçao which we visited yesterday - we take a look at the tours on offer but it's much the same stuff as yesterday so we decide to venture out on our own.
Important news flash...... We have left the ship with no sun tan lotion on today!!!
We head off walking along the sea as we hear there's a good beach to snorkel in, after about 15 minutes we arrive and sit at the bar for a while, come 11am we order a bucket of beer (we maybe abroad but we still stick by the English rules - yeah right). 12pm comes and we have downed all our beers and are now ready to go snorkelling in the midday sun....
This place was amazing for snorkelling, there were so many beautiful fish swimming around me and even though I wasn't in deep water you couldn't see them if you just looked down into the sea. I've never been snorkelling before but I've completely falling in love with it now.
After about 2 hours watching the fishes we stroll back to the ship in the blistering sun.....
.....you know what's coming next right? Yes, finally we have changed colour instead of being 50 shades of white we are now pink, red and sore... But worse then the pain of being sunburnt is the 'I told so you so!' Comments from Leon :(

We are at sea for the next 2 days.....
