Caribbean cruise March 2015
Day 5
Hello holiday followers hope you're all ok? Special hello to my brother Chris who had his operation today hope you have a speedy recovery and feeling all better soon. Can someone please show Heather how to see this website as we haven't been able to text her back with instructions.
'What's been happening today?' I hear you cry.... Well today has been a very busy day - we have been at sea all day, we started off with some sunbathing before the sun got to hot but to fair we haven't really changed colour as Leon keeps painting us in total sun block. Next we take a trip to the launderette (I'm still very excited about this adventure).
After lunch we joined the black jack tournament where I manage to get on the leaderboard straight away, we head off for a splish-splash in the pool for a bit. We return to the tournament to see I had been knocked off the leaderboard :( so we both have another go and I manage to get back on the leaderboard just before they finish the qualifiers for the final game.
It's a tense final but on my 3rd hand I pull out a suited pair putting me well in the lead, after a few more hands I'm declared the winner!!! Winning £100 - yippeeee.
It's formal night again tonight so out come the tux and smart dress for the evening meal - we have all new people again at our table which is nice because we meet more people but also annoying because you end up saying the same thing over and over again - what cruises you have been on, where you come from etc...
At the dinner table I try very hard not to burst out in a fit of giggles because as I was eating my dinner a kamikaze pee jumps off my plate bounces past the ladies plate beside me and rolls under her husbands plate, everyone is looking at me and I just about manage to calm myself when the lady beside me mentions to pee under the plate - that's it I can't hold back laughing anymore and had to admit my very uncoof mistake.
Well that's it for today and our exciting day at sea.....oh quick news flash! Leon felt a bit sick today, nothing too bad though. Until tomorrow holiday fans.... Xxx
