Caribbean cruise March 2015
Day 8
Greetings from Tortola, this is one of the islands that we have visited before while cruising and loved it, it's part of the British Virgin Islands so it's part of the commonwealth. We can't dock at Tortola so we tender across to the docklands which has completely changed from the last time we were here, instead of being a really nice port it's now just construction site!
We hunt around for our tour guide we met before and although we were told he was around we couldn't find him. Joining another tour we head round the island with our new guide, this guy was blatantly stoned and said 'yep' far too much. All we really found out on this tour was that the tour guide loved living here and he had a great time at boy scouts growing up - he got all his badges! Woop whoop.
Leon is fed up of carrying my iPad around for me (it's an iPad mini so not heavy) and forces me to buy my own beach bag which he kindly picks out for me as well - it's the most hideous thing you have ever seen :(
Meh, thank god we at sea tomorrow......
