Day 10
Hello there! I didn't really sleep after my last early morning update which meant I was able to watch us land in the next port, very excitedly I spotted cable cars - yay, today's activity is decided. I woke Leon up early as I didn't want to wait any longer to get on the cable cars and we took off....
We are in Nha Trang, Vietnam, again the weather is poor and there seems to be some kind of smog or sea mist clouding over land each place we go, the air quality is bad over here and most of the locals wear mouth/nose covers.
At the other end of the extremely long cable car journey is a theme park - we arrived just in time to catch a monkey and dog show, you know the type of thing animals in cute clothes riding bikes and performing tricks, that was kinda cool. Next we went on some kind of self service roller coaster, it was like sitting in a bobsled with brakes we got pulled up to the top of a hill and then we were able to control our speed down - actually these were quite good fun even though we thought they were going to be lame.
Lunch time we went to the food village and tried Vietnamese cuisine, the food was pretty nice to be fair although we both though maybe we would have the squits later!!
Oh, forgot to tell you last night we were invited to a British party after dinner, just for an hour to meet others from the UK - some weird couple joined us and chatted total crap at us for 1.5 hours, that was totes lame.
We seem to have lost our South African dinner pals for the last 2 nights leaving us with the in credibility boring lesbians :(
I do have some more photos for you but you're going to have to wait until I'm in a free wifi area again - boo I hear you saying, but it keeps you coming back :)
We are now waiting for the Norwich v Man utd game to start (or the canaries v red devils as the americans are calling it) so that's all from me for now, y'all have a nice day now!
P.S no sign of the squits from either of us.......yet....
