Day 16
Hello you! Sorry for the long delay in updating and keeping you in suspense about our antics but we have been so busy I haven't had time to write.
So what have we been up to....., today we jumped in a cab and went to Pattaya in Thailand our first stop was an elephant sanctuary, we went on an elephant trek but our elephant didn't seem to want to show us the highlights and just wondered around the shanty town were the keepers live, the ride itself was uncomfortable and pretty dull so it's not something we would do again - we later found out a couple from our ship got thrown off one of the elephants who was having a strop, definitely never doing it again. We also found more SHOOTING at the elephant place so we had another go! This time we went for a .38mm handgun which we could hold ourselves and we had those cardboard people targets, I got 2 head shots and a body shot Leon got 2 heart shots and 4 body shots so don't mess with us!
Next we headed off to the tiger zoo where the excitement continues, we fed and held a baby tiger, watched a tiger show, tried to feed crocodiles by dangling meat for them and hitting them on the head with it (as advised by the keepers) but they weren't hungry so we decided to eat the crocodiles instead for lunch.
At dinner tonight we have all our mates on the table which was nice as there was plenty of chatting and stories of what everyone had done.
I don't think much happened in the evening probably because we were pretty tired from all the exciting stuff we had done.
The weather is very hot and sunny which is lovely but we've been so busy we still haven't had a chance to catch a tan :(
Leon's seasickness update - still none found on him
Leon's mood update - not grumpy!! Yay :)
Nicky's leg update - still attached to me and slightly painful, not much bruising yet.
