Day 9
Another day at sea which would be nice if the weather was better, it's quite windy and cloudy I think it's around 22 degrees but we definitely could not sunbathe. We entered the slot tournament in the casino and because we have had a go before this time we also got a free go, on our first attempt we both got on the leader board with me in first place! Leon was 5th or 6th out of 6 places for the final, so we trotted off to have some lunch - when we got back we were still on the leader board :) with the final at 3pm. Around 2.15pm a motley crew of people wiped Leon off the leader board and landed me in 4th place, so we used our free go to try and a) get Leon in the final b) get a better placement for me so I wouldn't get wiped off but we couldn't and I headed into the final on my own. This time around the casino lady covered our scores so we couldn't see how we were getting along, I thought I was doing really well and was up there for winning $500, unfortunately not though when she revealed our scored I was actually in 4th place :( sad times.
The boat is moving around quite a bit because of the windy weather and it judders a lot at the aft (where our room is), Leon hasn't been sea sick yet but we are still waiting for it to happen.
Tomorrow we will be landing back in Vietnam, check the map for the place name as I've forgotten.
It's 4.45am here so I must try and get some zzzzz - I'm struggling a little with the time difference, night night all x
