MERRY CHRISTMAS!
We are in Maui, its not a docking port so we have to tender boat to shore, tender boats are the lifeboats which ferry people back and forth.
We step out on land again and are greeted by Hawaiian dress people and warm sunshine :) this is more like it!!
Today we have an excursion booked we are going under the sea in a submarine.

Today we have an excursion booked we are going under the sea in a submarine.
We have some time to kill so we potter around the town looking in shops and buying tat and some great props for our egg drop competition. This place is such a contras from yesterday it's beautiful and friendly.
At 1ish we board the shuttle boat which takes us to the submarine, it's a bit of a tight squeeze because we have to let the previous people join the shuttle as we swap and get in the sub, we dive down to 170ft where we start seeing all sorts of fish, a ship wreck, a stray anchor and a barracuda - these fellas are apparently worse to be in the water with then sharks!
It's a formal night at tea tonight so cocktail dresses/ball gowns and suits/tux.
Leon's feeling much better now :)
