Italy and Croatia 2014
Here we are day 2 in Livorno, the stop for Florence and Pisa. As we have been to Pisa before and Florence is an hour or so away we decide to stay and look around Livorno, to be fair it's fairly dull and boring but the weather is nice so all is good.
Last night we met an older chap called John while trying to swap our dinner setting, we happily agree to swap tables with him and take their early setting (there is a reason I'm boring you with this information).
As we walk around Livorno finding various points of interest, the market, a cigarette and lottery shop and McDonald's we decide enough is enough! Let's drink beer! :) (this also means I have the much needed wifi to update the website) we stroll over to a street table and hear "hello there, how are you?" Ha, it's john and his wife Pat - now known as mum and dad. They invite us to join them and we sit and chat the afternoon away, on the way back Leon turns round and says "yep, Nicky's done it again! End up in a pub getting people drunk!" Turns out we'd had a few too many and those 3 wobbled back to the ship. Tee hee he.....
Dinner comes and we meet our new dinner mates - I'll hold fire on these guys until tomorrow as we are at sea and probs won't have much to chat about.
