Italy and Croatia 2014
Hello there me hearties! How ya doin'?
So few disasters on the holiday so far, have broken the heel off my shoe, had purse stolen and broken zip off my dress...., anyway here we are in Dubrovnik, Croatia and guess what it's bloody raining!
We set off in search of cable cars - you should know by now I love cable car, we end up in the old town which has a famous wall surrounding it, we head off to find the cable cars then we will walk the wall which is one mile and quarter around the town. Walking around the town was lovely apart from the annoying rain, we stop off to buy ponchos (another favourite item for me) and carry on regardless. Now at the top of the cable cars when disaster strikes again........ Ok well maybe not disaster but now it's raining heavy and weather has turned miserable :( we try to soldier on but in fairness it's pretty pointless, we can't see the sights from the top and head on back down, also missing the walk around the wall :(.
On deciding to return to the ship we find a massive queue for the the bus back, hmmm what's the best thing to do......., yes that's right drink beer and eat pizza! So that's just what we did.
Tonight we went to the glasshouse for our free meal from the casino - the food was amazing and so was the wine :)
Wait I hear you say, we need an update on mr Vegas......, oh yeah ok then......, mr Vegas and Miranda are fine, we have seen him in the casino a few times just sitting at the end of the roulette table, he bets on a couple of numbers each ago and now says he is £50 up on the week - amazing hey!!
Big shout out to dad and Melanie for hanging in there and waiting for the site updates!! Haha hope you're loving them xx
Which nicely brings me to the subject of Leon - as you all know he is on death row and tomorrow will be sold to the Italian mafia - if you would like to see him alive again send currency to me by the morning or he is a goner! Much love to you all xxxx
Ps - totes amazeball update - bought a light up tortoise today and it's pink!! Proper tat!!
