A hearty welcome from Tortola! The weathers looking pretty good again and we getting off the ship.

We dock nice and early at 8am this morning, parked beside us is the Norwegian Escape which is their newest ship which started floating around for the first time in 2015. That ship has water slides and a zip line course on top deck - we stare over to it like window lickers, very jealous window lickers. Ah well we are on the titanic and that will have to do.

We grab a taxi from the port over to Brewers bay so we can go snorkelling, and Sod's law it only starts raining as soon as we get there! Hammering it down again :( Now a wise man once told us while we were here before "if you don't like the weather in Tortola wait 5 minutes and it will change" and true enough it changed back to lovely sunny weather - to be fair it was a Jamaican 5 minutes but it still worked.

We jump straight into sea and it's bloody freezing! Ha, after a few 'Jamaican' minutes we're used to it and finally start snorkelling!!

It's so beautiful under the water and there's some amazing fish to look at, as soon as you get in the water there's tiny little silver/see through fish that you can see without the snorkel, as you get further in there's big light blue fish with a yellow lines and flat multicoloured snake shaped fish with big pointy noses, anyway I enjoyed the fish a lot.

We return to the boat and have some coffee and cocktails in the jacuzzi - I've been in water a lot today I'm looking like a prune hahaha.

Even though Leon got me with the sun block this morning we've managed to get a little sunburnt on our backs and shoulders.

This evening we have a booking in the teppanyaki restaurant on the ship, it's pretty good and always fun to watch, and of course where would our evening be without a trip to the art gallery - we were late to the grand VIP unveiling but they gave us a quick update on what's going on in the art world.
