Ahoy friends, family, and nosey internet lurkers! Welcome to yet another thrilling installment of Nicky’s Holiday Diary — where the cocktails are strong, the steps are plentiful, and the sunburn is always uneven.
This time we’ve ditched Blighty for a Mediterranean cruise onboard the Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the seas, and things are about to get very scenic. We’re sailing through some of the most gorgeous bits of Greece and Italy and by “sailing,” I obviously mean lounging, exploring, snapping 4,000 photos of one sunset, and trying not to lose a flip-flop at sea.
So grab a drink, lower your expectations, and follow along for misadventures, magical moments, and my ongoing battle with cruise ship Wi-Fi.
Let the holiday chaos commence! 🌞✈️🍷

*Athens – ancient ruins, dodgy maps, and me asking, “Is this the Acropolis?” every five minutes.
*Santorini – white buildings, blue domes, and views that’ll break Instagram.
*Mykonos – windmills, cocktails, and me channeling full Mamma Mia energy minus the choreography.
*Sicily – volcanoes, mafia movies, and a deep personal quest for the perfect arancini.
*Barcelona – where I’ll attempt to say gracias with confidence.
